Apartments

- the above rates are intended per apartment per night, bed linens and towels included, without breakfast and without daily housecleaning of the rooms

- bed linens changed weekly

- delivery service of a selection of fresh sandwiches

- free WiFi

- use of the garden area with jacuzzi mini-pool and infrared cabin free of charge

- for stays of minimum 7 nights, guests will receive a small welcome gift

  

Apartment rates do not include

- final cleaning of Hirzer, Texel and Ifinger apartments for 2 people: € 30.00.

- final cleaning of the Ifinger apartment for 4 people: €50.00.

- 2,20 euros tourism tax per person per night, for guests 14 years and older

Midweekly cleaning 15.00 euros upon request

Breakfast buffet 15.00 euros per person upon request

 

Room with breakfast

- above rates are per person per night, including the breakfast buffet for stays of minimum 3 nights

Dogs

We are happy to accommodate your furry friends. We calculate € 5.00 per night for them. Assured of your understanding, please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or the garden.

We wish to inform our guests that bookings made verbally or in writing are considered binding.

For booking commitments not upheld (including late arrivals and early departures),

we reserve the right to apply the following penalties:

up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 0%

from 30 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival: 50%

14 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% of the entire amount of the booked holiday

 

Check in: from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Check out: by 10 a.m.

Check in is possible before or after the above schedule but must be agreed upon with the management.

 

Payment may also be made by credit card.
